HISTORY
The company was originated in the early 1940’s by Mr. Harold Gilford. The company moved its headquarters from its founding location in New York City to a community within the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area…Jeffersonville, Indiana in early 1987.
Entry into the flooring market began in 1991 and represents a major thrust for Gilford today and in the future. Our residential retailers are supported with loyalty programs, display advice and maintenance, promotions, educational seminars, special purchase opportunities, and more.
